As an Account manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them achieve their business objectives while demonstrating the long-term value of Strava’s solutions. Your ability to build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive renewals will be key to the success of both our partners and Strava. This role requires a combination of client relationship management, campaign strategy, and operations knowledge to ensure our partners achieve success in their fitness and engagement goals. Strava has a positive and encouraging culture - we are looking for inquisitive, humble, hard working and collaborative teammates who are able to balance the execution of challenges, driving upsells while keeping both the partner and Strava user value in mind! We follow a flexible hybrid model that generally translates to around half your time on-site in our San Francisco office—roughly three days per week.
