We’re seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in North America within our snack team. In this role, you’ll partner with leading food manufacturers, nurture existing relationships, and uncover new opportunities that bring Kerry’s cutting-edge snack solutions to life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience in food ingredient manufacturing covering flavor or ingredient solutions for snacks, confections and/or nutrition bars.
  • Advanced negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM and data-driven decision-making at a strategic level.
  • Availability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring delivery of revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with organizational growth pillars.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit, revenue potential, and customer impact.
  • Build a diverse pipeline for long-term growth.
  • Own sales P&L for assigned accounts; drive margin expansion and profitability.
  • Prepare and present account performance reports to senior management; forecast sales and growth metrics.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders (including C-suite).
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to support client business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through strategic partnerships.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and long-term supply agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing strategies, margin targets, and legal/commercial standards.
  • Partner with marketing, R&D, operations, and other teams to deliver innovative solutions and seamless customer experiences.
  • Lead client-facing initiatives and resolve complex client issues.
