About The Position

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shuttle transportation operation, including employee management, vehicle scheduling, customer service, and on-the-ground execution. This position also includes hands-on driving duties, requiring you to transport employees to and from the designated drop-off and pick-up locations using a company shuttle vehicle. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a current driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Willingness and ability to drive company shuttles as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally in parking, transportation, or hospitality.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working split shifts, evenings, and weekends if needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience operating a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle.
  • CDL license (not required but highly preferred).
  • Customer service or hospitality industry experience.
  • Familiarity with ADP or payroll systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support shuttle drivers, valet attendants, and line-level staff.
  • Create, approve, and manage team schedules, ensuring proper staffing across all shifts.
  • Monitor and respond to operational issues, including after-hours emergencies.
  • Assist with payroll and operational reporting.
  • Oversee customer service delivery and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain strong on-site client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all Propark policies, client requirements, and safety standards.
  • Drive the shuttle bus to transport employees to and from the facility safely and efficiently.
  • Provide professional, courteous, and friendly service during all passenger interactions.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Monitor shuttle condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and team members via two-way radio or phone.
