This position, in the Natural Gas Pipeline Louisiana segment, is responsible for leading on pipeline enhancement projects and new build projects as it relates to business development. This position provides the opportunity to interact with senior management, lead negotiations with external customers and strategically influence revenue decisions the company makes. This individual will need good interpersonal, analytical, oral, and written communication, and time management skills. There will be a particular focus on coachability, teamwork and customer-service centric skills. This position will manage and grow relationships internally and externally to execute strategies within the Natural Gas Pipeline (NGP) business segment. A successful candidate will be self-motivated and cross-collaborative with various internal groups such as legal, contracts administration, scheduling, gas control, operations, and commercial. Additionally, the ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service and focus; collaborate with other teams to develop and implement process improvements to provide the best service; ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines; strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to a changing and growing environment will be key. Lastly, a strong attention to detail would be and willing to be an SME (subject-matter-expert) of ONEOK's Louisiana assets.
