The Account Manager coordinates with internal teams and insurance carriers to execute renewals and new business efficiently, providing critical oversight of timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements. Acting as the central point for workflow management, the Account Manager ensures service excellence across the full insurance lifecycle - enabling the client-facing team to focus on strategy while guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and a seamless client experience.
