About The Position
The Account Manager at Cold Chain Technologies is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with assigned clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and overseeing client programs throughout their lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to identify business opportunities, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The Account Manager will also be involved in quoting, pricing, and monitoring customer agreements, as well as preparing usage forecasts and participating in quarterly business reviews.
