Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a Sales Support – Rotational Development Program Trainee at our Research & Development Center in Auburn Hills, MI. This program is designed for driven early‑career professionals ready to grow with FORVIA and build a long‑term future within the organization. This position is ideal for recent graduates with 1–2 years of professional experience who are eager to learn, explore, and make an impact. You’ll work on challenges that matter. As part of this program, you will have the opportunity to develop essential skills that will fuel your future career: Grow your leadership, communication, and decision making abilities through meaningful project work. Gain hands on exposure to teams, business challenges, Management and real customer. Build your network and receive guidance from a dedicated mentor in your core field. Increase your global awareness through collaboration with international teams. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and ongoing development activities. Become eligible for a full time role at the completion of the 3-year program based on your performance. The main objectives of the two rotations for the Account Manager LDP are defined below. ROTATION I – Series Platform Management, General Motors Purpose: Learn and experience Cost Management and Cost-Saving initiatives in a customer facing environment for the General Motors Customer Business Unit. During this rotation, you will: • Work within the Customer Center in Michigan, collaborating closely with customer-focused teams. • Understand key cost drivers, including inflation impacts and operational cost structures. • Learn internal Change Management processes and support customer-driven changes. • Participate in customer VAVE initiatives and internal cost-saving projects. • Support quoting activities and contribute to achieving enhanced profitability on customer changes. ROTATION II – Series Platform Management, TBD Purpose: Learn and experience Cost Management and Cost-Saving initiatives in a customer facing environment for a different Customer Business Unit such as Ford or Stellantis. During this rotation, you will: • Work within the Customer Center in Michigan, collaborating closely with customer-focused teams. • Understand key cost drivers, including inflation impacts and operational cost structures. • Learn internal Change Management processes and support customer-driven changes. • Participate in customer VAVE initiatives and internal cost-saving projects. • Support quoting activities and contribute to achieving enhanced profitability on customer changes. ROTATION III – Purchasing, Finance, or Operations The third rotation will be determined. Please note that willingness to relocate is important for this rotation, as Operations roles are typically based in a manufacturing plant. Requirements

  • A business oriented approach, with curiosity about customer needs, commercial strategy, and how decisions impact profitability.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management, quoting, and cost tracking activities.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and support cost management decisions.
  • Comfort working in Excel, including functions, data manipulation, and building structured, reliable files.
  • Pursuing or holding a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Internship or early professional experience in business, sales, operations, or finance environments.
  • Interest in the automotive industry, innovation, and global collaboration.
  • Commitment to completing a 2 year structured rotational program with enthusiasm and a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to work in an international, fast paced environment and collaborate with global teams.
