About The Position

The Account Manager Relief at Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast serves as a backup for the primary Account Manager, responsible for collaborating with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to sell and order products into existing accounts. This role focuses on customer education, analyzing business trends, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring merchandising standards are met, all while fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 55 pounds.
• Proficiency in using company software and sales tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurance that meets company requirements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with local travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and promotional signage.
• Ensure accounts meet defined merchandising standards and manage product replenishment orders.
• Communicate account activities to business partners.
• Utilize sales force automation tools for account management.
• Address and resolve customer concerns regarding orders.
