About The Position

The Account Manager at ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages serves as the primary contact for store managers and owners, responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales within their designated territory. This role focuses on executing sales calls, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, and providing excellent customer service to enhance business growth.

Requirements

  • High School or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of general work experience.
  • 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred.
  • Food/beverage industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Proficient computer application skills.
  • Ability to create and conduct sales presentations preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and close all sales calls.
  • Sell in incremental displays and equipment placements; sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and company assets at accounts.
  • Ensure accounts meet company merchandising standards and determine product needs.
  • Place and transmit appropriate orders in conjunction with existing geographic sales routes.
  • Communicate account activities to appropriate parties.
  • Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for accounts.
  • Build, change, and remove product displays; maintain product signage; clean product space and secure damaged or defective product.
  • Act as an Ambassador by providing customer service to consumers and store personnel.
  • Accountable for proper rotation in outlet and identification of expired and/or damaged product.
  • Ensure proper credits are created for the return of product from customers to the Distribution Center.
  • Repack product at the store to reduce what is credited and returned from the customer.
