Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level client service with a strong focus on retention
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and carrier partners
  • Review and evaluate new and existing personal insurance accounts
  • Complete and submit applications accurately and efficiently
  • Recommend coverage updates, cross-sell, and upgrade policies based on client needs
  • Maintain timely and accurate client file documentation within agency systems
  • Stay informed through ongoing learning to enhance product knowledge and service effectiveness
  • Represent TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner
