Responsibilities

Provide high-level client service with a strong focus on retention
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and carrier partners
Review and evaluate new and existing personal insurance accounts
Complete and submit applications accurately and efficiently
Recommend coverage updates, cross-sell, and upgrade policies based on client needs
Maintain timely and accurate client file documentation within agency systems
Stay informed through ongoing learning to enhance product knowledge and service effectiveness
Represent TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner
