About The Position

The Account Manager at HUB International plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring effective service delivery for insurance policies. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (college preferred).
  • At least 2 years of related insurance experience.
  • Current insurance license in good standing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of personal line accounts.
  • Facilitate positive relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff.
  • Market to carriers and prepare quotes and proposals.
  • Respond quickly to policy inquiries via email and phone.
  • Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.
  • Check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and organized account files.
