About The Position

The Account Manager is responsible for multi-site performance of cleaning services. This role includes direct responsibility for supervising custodians staff, including training. It is imperative that the Account Manager controls the supply inventory for the site and collaborates with customer personnel at the site to address and create an action plan for any service issues. The Assistant Account Manager must also perform various duties personally or through other supervisory personnel, which include overseeing inspections, quality control, scheduling of periodic work, and inventory control of equipment and supplies at the account(s).

Requirements

  • Experience in facility management or cleaning services.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
