About The Position

We are actively hiring ambitious Sales Professionals - Account Managers who seek to grow their sales career and progress their financial future! We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, creative problem solvers, good listeners and communicators, and team oriented! You would need to be comfortable pursuing and managing a high volume of accounts to continue our reputation of delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction. We prefer that you possess a sales or customer service background but do not require that you have worked in the pest control industry! A valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with customers at their homes to diagnose pest concerns and offer solutions.
• Offering pest control, lawn, and termite services to residential and commercial customers.
• Performing thorough inspections of customer's homes.
• Proposing affordable resolutions and following up on leads not yet converted to sales.
• Participating in weekly sales team meetings to share data and trade secrets.
