About The Position

The Account Manager for Olympic Sponsorships at Bensussen Deutsch & Associates Inc (BDA) is responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales growth through innovative merchandise solutions. This role requires a blend of account management and business development skills, with a focus on the Olympic sector. The ideal candidate will work primarily remotely but must be within commuting distance to downtown Los Angeles for in-office meetings. BDA seeks energetic self-starters who are passionate about nurturing client brands and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of positive Account Management or Business Development experience
• Olympics experience highly preferred
• Proven track record of increasing sales and business opportunities through client development
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver client presentations
• Ability to work with assigned budgets and forecasts
• Energetic self-starter

Responsibilities

• Manage contact and opportunity database
• Build and develop relationships with current clients, opening up organic opportunities within the portfolio
• Assist in developing proactive strategy, presentations, and pitches for clients and large opportunities
• Execute Strategic Account Plans
• Deliver results by achieving short and long-term sales and profitability goals
• Ensure ease of process and high levels of professionalism when interacting with internal partners
• Manage projects from ideation to completion, establishing trusted service
• Understand BDA business units and processes to evaluate appropriate business opportunities
• Assess clients' financial needs regarding revenue, costs, and margins
• Track and measure success of business efforts
• Monitor competitive products and marketing activities
