About The Position

The Account Manager of Revenue Cycle is responsible for assisting in the oversight and management of the entire revenue cycle, including report analysis, practice relations, problem solving and education of RCM workflows and processes. Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in medical billing
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience with various billing systems, such as eClinical Works and Office Practicum

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present month end billing reports
• Provide administrative support for billing systems
• Prepare statistical and financial reports as directed
• Provide solutions to complex billing issues as they occur
• Provide ongoing education and support for RCM workflows and processes
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency level
• Aid in the development and implementation of billing system modifications
• Maintain shared documents and resources within SharePoint
• Maintain billing reimbursement audit system and run reports to confirm contracted allowed amounts are accurate
• Support other personnel and departments in billing processes
• Develop oral and written reports or recommendations concerning billing
• Other duties as assigned
