Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of medical sales experience, preferably within the OR
  • Proven ability to present concepts and recommendations effectively in formal and informal settings
  • Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and territory analysis
  • Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple call points and decision-makers
  • Professional training program experience (e.g., Integrity Selling)
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales goals using strong sales and territory management skills
  • Promote key brands such as Pico™ and Renasys™ by calling on acute care facilities
  • Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith+Nephew products through your product expertise
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations to key customers and groups, including hosting product lunches and dinners
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with decision-makers and thought leaders to grow your business
