Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in business to business sales required. Healthcare experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote).

Nice To Haves

Experience in working with referral partners in the hospital, home health, or senior living industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from potential providers seeking information about our referral partnerships. Outbound calls will involve prospecting for new referral partners and maintaining communication, follow-up tasks, and driving growth goals with current partners.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and webinars to current and potential referral partners, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing their needs.
Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with home care providers, providing excellent customer service and support.
Sales Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
