About The Position

The Middle Market Accounts team serves customers between the 101 – 2999 eligible employee segment. The Account Manager – Middle Markets, Senior will report to the Senior Manager, Account Management – Middle Markets. In this role you will be responsible for strategically maintaining and growing the organization’s relationship with clients and brokers. While focusing on protecting and growing existing revenue streams by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and will be done through strategic planning, identifying new revenue opportunities, cross-selling existing and new products, and monitoring market and economic conditions that may affect the client’s operations and purchasing decisions. This position is located in the Central Valley area and has broker assignments throughout various counties, and travel will be required to maintain our presence in the market, but it will be mostly regional in nature. The job accommodates workplace flexibility, but some in-office presence will be required.
