Mediate.ly is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary strategic and day to day partner for assigned client accounts. This role owns client relationships, performance conversations, and growth initiatives, while acting as a critical bridge between client needs and internal teams. The Account Manager ensures accounts are not only well managed but continuously evolving and expanding through thoughtful digital media strategy, clear communication, and proactive opportunity identification. Current account ownership includes a higher education client (Digital) and a healthcare client, with additional accounts to be assigned as the business grows.
