About The Position

Duties/Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and own detailed project plans, timelines, and scopes across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and delivery expectations. Coordinate cross-functional execution across Paid Media, Creative, Email & SMS, SEO/GEO, and other service teams to ensure work is properly sequenced, resourced, and delivered on time. Facilitate project kickoff meetings, internal status reviews, and post-mortems to drive accountability, clarity of ownership, and continuous improvement. Manage project workflows, task dependencies, and documentation within project management tools to ensure visibility, accuracy, and consistency. Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; escalate appropriately and partner with leadership to resolve blockers efficiently. Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, brand guidelines, and project requirements prior to launch. Track and report on project performance, including timelines, scope adherence, and resource utilization (future state). Support the standardization of delivery processes, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across accounts and agency operating models. Manage 18-25 accounts or oversee $175,000 - $250,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). Required Skills/Abilities: Growing understanding of client needs and the ability to handle more complex interactions. Strong communication skills, especially with mid-level stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple accounts or projects independently. Strong organizational skills to manage workflows and ensure timely task completion. What's in it for you?
