As an Account Manager at Title Guaranty, you will play a pivotal role in our award-winning real estate organization, which has been a cornerstone of the Hawaii real estate market for over 125 years. This position is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in a sales environment and is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to identify, manage, and retain client relationships, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products and services. Your daily responsibilities will include visiting clients regularly to maintain contact and provide exceptional service within your assigned sales territory. In addition to client servicing, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calls and targeted outreach. You will develop and execute a Quarterly Prospecting Plan that includes sales tools, special events, and educational classes tailored for our clients. This role requires a strong sales, marketing, and operations orientation, as you will also manage our client database using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.
