The team focuses on reducing uncertainty, safeguarding value, and empowering clients to make informed decisions at every stage of the deal lifecycle. The Role of the Account Manager The Account Manager (AM) plays a vital supporting role within Gallagher’s Private Equity practice, partnering with the Account Executive (AE) to deliver outstanding service to portfolio companies. While the AE drives strategic direction and manages complex engagements, the AM focuses on ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day service needs, coordinating renewals, and maintaining coverage. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to lead and serve as the strategic partner for non-complex accounts. This position demands strong technical insurance expertise, responsiveness, and a client-first approach. The AM is responsible for managing service workflows, identifying coverage gaps, and collaborating with diligence, claims, and specialty teams to provide a seamless client experience. By prioritizing operational excellence and proactive communication, the AM plays a key role in driving client retention, satisfaction, and efficiency across the portfolio.
