Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and consultative Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic life science accounts. This role is centered on true account management — developing deep customer relationships, driving adoption, expanding footprint, and ensuring strong retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, understanding their scientific goals, aligning solutions to their workflows, and executing ongoing account management motions including quarterly business reviews, multi-stakeholder engagement, and expansion planning. Your success will come from cultivating long-term customer value while consistently achieving revenue targets.
