About The Position

The Account Manager at Towne Park is responsible for overseeing a Tier 1 or 2 account, ensuring financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives are met. This role involves managing business metrics, human resources, service delivery, and client relations, while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred and a minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service.
  • Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage multiple complex projects under pressure.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and various technology applications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality or service management roles.
  • Familiarity with client service metrics and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.
  • Drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
  • Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping for associates.
  • Engage in recruitment and hiring processes to select the best candidates.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback and coaching for direct reports.
  • Ensure consistent guest/patient service experience across all shifts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients' staff members and ensure communication channels are effective.
  • Utilize Towne Park systems to control assets and expenditures and train others on their use.
  • Understand and follow safety and security procedures, reporting any incidents promptly.
