  • Provides high quality operations and maintenance service to assure proper performance of janitorial and light maintenance personnel over a 6 million square foot portfolio.
  • Oversees activity of janitorial and light maintenance at individual locations.
  • Acts as primary liaison with all customer departments, ensuring that service is prompt, responsive, and effective.
  • Provides regular monthly written status reports to customer and ABM management.
  • Presents ad hoc status reports as necessary.
  • Prepares, recommends, and administers the annual facility budget.
  • Reports exceptions to supervisor and adjusts budget as necessary.
  • Ensures compliance with customer and ABM corporate policies.
  • Ensures that federal, state, and local regulatory requirements are met.
  • Schedules and coordinates overall work priorities.
  • Utilizes maximum capabilities of customer or internal work order control system.
  • Develops and/or approves facility quality standards.
  • Reviews completed work regularly to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitors service contracts to ensure compliance and resolves contract disputes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and skills.
  • Proven knowledge or experience in GMP environments is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with janitorial and/or facilities maintenance in a clean room environment.
  • Proven experience in lifesciences and manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Experienced in preparing and administering operating budgets and scope of work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in verbal and written communications.
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
