Our Account Managers play a critical role in our sales team, ensuring customers have everything they need to succeed, from providing instructor resources to arranging training. They bridge the gap between sales reps and Customer Support, anticipating instructor and administrator needs to delight every Macmillan customer. The primary goals of this role are to increase and maintain a base of business and upsell print business within an assigned territory. Teamwork, collaboration, and communication are key to success, as is the ability to connect and engage with customers. This role does not have managerial responsibilities.
