About The Position

As an Account Manager in the Animal Health division at Ecolab, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing expert consultation to large dairy farms. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve the territory sales and expense budget through effective cleaning, sanitation, and animal health solutions tailored to the unique needs of dairy farm environments. This position requires a deep understanding of Ecolab's products and services, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers to promote existing and new value-added products. You will be working directly with dairy farms, providing industry expertise in sanitation, safety, quality, and operations. This includes assisting with sanitation plans, evaluating processes, and implementing operational efficiencies. In this role, you will prepare and deliver sales presentations, develop strategic work plans for sales and service calls, and manage Ecolab products and equipment. You will also be responsible for participating in equipment installations, monitoring product performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers a flexible and independent work environment, allowing you to plan your own schedule while receiving support from a company vehicle for both business and personal use.
