About The Position

The Immunology Account Manager at Galderma is responsible for driving sales and executing strategic objectives across high-value customer segments, including dermatologists and integrated health networks. This role requires advanced skills in clinical and operational selling, with a focus on promoting Galderma's prescription dermatology biologic and consumer product portfolio. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop account plans that enhance market penetration and growth, while also managing relationships with key opinion leaders and executing customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Five or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
  • Two or more years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales.
  • Previous account management experience.
  • Strong track record of documented performance success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information.
  • High level of integrity and personal motivation.
  • Ability to sell assertively and differentiate products to increase utilization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for Galderma's portfolio.
  • Promote and generate demand for prescription products in a competitive market.
  • Execute integrated commercial selling strategies based on market insights.
  • Develop cross-functional account plans to drive demand and business unit goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate customer needs.
  • Oversee relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the area.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned contacts in Galderma's commercial speaker bureau.
  • Plan and execute field-based activities in compliance with company standards.
