About The Position

The Immunology Account Manager at Galderma is responsible for driving sales and executing strategic objectives across high-value customer segments, including dermatologists and integrated health networks. This role requires advanced skills in clinical and operational selling, with a focus on promoting Galderma's prescription dermatology biologic and consumer product portfolio. The position emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop account plans that enhance market penetration and growth, while also managing relationships with key opinion leaders and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Five or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
  • 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales.
  • Previous account management experience.
  • Strong track record of documented performance success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information.
