About The Position

The Account Manager role at Constellation involves providing essential support to Business Development Managers (BDMs) and customers, focusing on both pre-deal and post-deal processes. This position is customer-facing and requires effective communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships. The role can be filled at three levels: Account Manager I, II, or Senior Account Manager, each with increasing responsibilities and experience requirements.

Requirements

• For Account Manager I: Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; exceptional written and oral communication skills; strong analytical skills; ability to build and maintain relationships; flexibility under deadlines; maintain confidentiality.
• For Account Manager II: 3+ years of industry experience; 3+ years of sales or sales support experience; same skills as Account Manager I.
• For Senior Account Manager: 5+ years of industry experience; 5+ years of sales or sales support experience; same skills as Account Manager I.

Nice To Haves

• For Account Manager I: 2+ years of industry experience; preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• For Senior Account Manager: preferred Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide post deal solutions and assist customers/brokers with issue resolution.
• Perform quality proactive welcome calls and first bill calls, ensuring seamless customer onboarding.
• Support pre-deal processes for direct and indirect customers/brokers, including internal deal coordination.
• Participate in efforts to enhance and improve processes and systems for better customer service.
• Demonstrate organizational agility and communication skills to resolve issues effectively.
• Travel as necessary to meet business needs and attend in-person trainings and meetings.
