We're looking for an account manager who gets that our customers' success drives our growth. You'll own the relationship with your clients, working alongside sales engineering to deeply understand their needs, identify the right solutions, and help them unlock more value from Retool. You'll close renewals and expansion deals by being a trusted advisor, not just a vendor. The ideal candidate is quota-driven but knows the best outcomes come from genuine partnership and solving real problems. You'll partner closely with sales engineers to design solutions, technical account managers to ensure smooth implementation, account executives to tackle strategic accounts, and deal desk and legal to get deals across the finish line. This role thrives on collaboration because your success depends on building great relationships internally and externally.
