As a member of the automotive fabric team, the Account Manager will be responsible for key account management, new business pursuits, and customer support. Your work will include, but not be limited to: Lead key growth and account management initiatives in assigned product lines & customer basis. Support the development & execution of specific customer strategies in support of, and in collaboration with regional, global sales strategies and goals. Establish & grow solid relationships with key customers including purchasing, engineering, and other relevant functions. Support tech shows, technical presentations, and marketing efforts at OEM, Tier and internal customers. Build Lear internal relationships with key global engineering & commercial team members. Travel as required to customer plants, fabric plants, and other locations. Support overall fabric organization through various reporting, system and other functions.
