About The Position

The Account Manager (Events & Marketing) is a high‑visibility, relationship‑focused role responsible for managing client engagement, brand presence, and event‑based interactions. This is not a quota‑driven sales position. Instead, the role centers on account stewardship, brand advocacy, and professional representation in industry settings. You will serve as the face of the organization at trade shows, chamber events, client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry functions—ensuring consistent messaging, polished execution, and long‑term relationship growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client‑facing environments, is confident speaking publicly, and can independently represent an organization with professionalism and credibility. To support increased national visibility, industry partnerships, and event‑based outreach, our client is investing in a high‑caliber Account Manager to serve as a front‑facing representative across Florida and select national markets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Care, Customer Success
  • Experience in CRM‑driven roles (non‑commissioned preferred)
  • Bachelor degree
  • Direct exprience in marketing, community relations or event coordination/planning
  • Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% locally and 25% nationally

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary relationship manager for clients, partners, and industry contacts
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, chamber of commerce events, industry conferences, and client meetings
  • Host and deliver lunch‑and‑learns, presentations, and informal product or service overviews
  • Maintain consistent, high‑quality client touchpoints to strengthen long‑term relationships
  • Coordinate event logistics, materials, displays, and on‑site needs
  • Adapt messaging for diverse audiences without relying on scripts
  • Collaborate internally to align event activity with broader marketing and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure brand presentation remains polished, professional, and consistent across all interactions
