The Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving productive partner interactions and ensuring the success of Enroll360 partnership initiatives. The Account Manager supports the Strategic Leader (SL), the decision maker for client account teams. The AM's primary responsibility is to fulfill partner needs and support execution of direct marketing campaigns by collaborating with internal team members and providing exceptional service to external clients. As a contact for assigned accounts, the position communicates with clients on daily campaign execution and ensures internal team members have the tools and information needed to execute campaigns.
