Account Manager within Elsevier Healthcare Education, you will partner with your assigned Osmosis and Complete Anatomy accounts and cross-functional colleagues to engage key purchasing stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer support and value-added services that drive high retention and renewal rates. In this role, you will manage high-touch U.S. accounts and work closely with Academic Success Managers and Account Executive partners to ensure smooth, timely renewals. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience across your assigned portfolio. Your efforts will be crucial in driving renewal success, fostering strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth within your assigned accounts.
