The Account Manager serves as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls regarding the Company's products, equipment, and services. This role emphasizes positive customer interaction and timely issue resolution, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The Account Manager must effectively handle emotional customers and de-escalate conflicts, particularly in situations where pharmacies are resolving issues for their customers. The position requires full-time availability, Monday to Friday, for 40 hours per week.
