The successful candidate will coordinate customer freight shipments, maintain high customer experience ratings, and monitor service to ensure a guiding expectation of 95%+ service rating. Additionally, the position requires partnering with the business development team on new opportunities and maintaining award compliance for assigned customers or regions. The individual will supervise the handling of freight from shipper to receiver, develop and maintain customer relationships, and oversee customer accounts and geographic areas. The role also includes handling customer complaints, creating plans of action to increase lane profitability, and attending meetings related to customers.
