Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of commercial lines P&C account management experience - required
  • Technical knowledge of commercial lines P&C insurance - required
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License - required
  • Strong computer skills - required
  • Ability to learn and use multiple software applications - required
  • Bachelor's degree - preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Provide clients with expertise on policy options, coverage needs, and risk management solutions
  • Support sales and account executive team with designing, submitting and quoting insurance programs
  • Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and endorsements to clients
  • Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and secure favorable policies for clients
  • Review and process policy documentation, endorsements, and certificates
  • Maintain up-to-date client records in our agency management system
  • Address client inquiries, coverage changes, and claims assistance in a timely manner
