The Account Manager for the Commercial Lines Private Equity Team at Lockton will serve as the primary service contact for an assigned book of business, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and carriers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met effectively. The Account Manager will be responsible for implementing new client launches, which includes coordinating carrier involvement, managing communication campaigns, and ensuring that all employee correspondence is handled efficiently. This involves adhering to a project timeline and facilitating the exchange of information, such as file transfers and enrollment systems, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. In addition to new client launches, the Account Manager will handle routine service tasks. This includes developing and executing a service schedule, participating in relevant reporting, and coordinating questions and initiatives with both clients and carriers. The role requires conducting surveys and meeting with clients, either independently or alongside an Account Executive or Unit Leader, according to a standardized meeting schedule. The Account Manager will also be responsible for conducting all marketing efforts assigned by the unit, reviewing agreements and documents such as employee booklets and carrier contracts, and explaining new benefit offerings and communication strategies to existing clients. Furthermore, the Account Manager will develop proposals for prospective clients, showcasing Lockton's commitment to delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
