About The Position

The Account Manager for Corporate Essentials will play a vital role in leading and cultivating strategic relationships with existing customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring outstanding customer service. This position leads all aspects of daily account operation and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred; two-year college degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
  • Client & Account Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Must be able to travel to client sites within NY

Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in the product and establish relationships with customers to understand the best product options for their customers
  • Service existing clients & build new business
  • Coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience at the point of sale
  • Assess performance by location through audit reports (Quarterly District Evaluations)
