Collaboratively, Optimum Media's Customer Success, National team is focused on three primary objectives: provide a great customer experience for our internal sales teams and external clients, work side by side with sales to foster and build positive relationships with our customers and ensure our customers' expectations are exceeded and they value us as a trusted partner. Account Managers are great collaborators, strong communicators, strategic thinkers, pay attention to the details and know how to get results for their clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of and be proficient in managing campaigns across various digital platforms and have experience in linear TV strategies. You will act as the primary point of contact that supports both agency and client direct business, managing the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns to ensure seamless execution, optimization, and success.
