About The Position

VuePlanner®, a verified YouTube Measurement Partner, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will support campaign activations with some of our most prominent agency partners and advertisers. Being an Account Manager at VuePlanner provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable YouTube advertising knowledge from a leader and verified partner in the space.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Management, Media Planning, or Client Activation capacity.
  • Previous experience at an ad tech company, digital media agency, digital publisher, or advertising/marketing services company.
  • Experience in video advertising, either through management of video partners or directly managing video ad buys (YouTube buys specifically a plus).
  • Understanding of video media buying strategies and media math (CPM/CPV/CPC/CPA), 3P tracking (DCM, Double Verify, Integral Ad Science, Nielsen, Innovid, etc.), campaign optimization, and reporting analysis.
  • Previous experience working in Google Ads or DV360 buying platforms, a plus.
  • Experience with brand studies including Google Brand Lift and Search studies, Kantar studies, etc., a plus.
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily excel and PPT to support in campaign reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign activations from pre-launch through campaign completion.
  • Be a day-to-day resource for client inquiries on key accounts and provide internal and external support on multiple activations.
  • Contribute to campaign status calls as an expert in the client’s campaign, VuePlanner, and YouTube solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to support on-time campaign launches.
  • Work through media planning details to collect and organize campaign assets and secure 3P reporting from clients.
  • Use project management tools to maintain clean and accurate internal campaign records.
  • Collaborate with VuePlanner’s operations team and oversee live campaigns to ensure fulfillment while accounting for added-value and target margins.
  • Provide clients with meaningful in-flight reporting plus comprehensive final reports that identify key insights, campaign trends, and recommendations for future activations.
  • Work with the Finance and Accounting team to collect monthly invoicing info for your accounts.
