Requirements

  • Significant and extensive sales experience of at least 8+ years. A strong track record in the baking and confectionery industry and experience in enzyme sales
  • Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders across global accounts
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Cross-functional expertise across regulatory, commercial, and application domains, enabling a holistic and innovative approach
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
  • An advanced degree (bachelor´s or higher) in business, finance, or a science or technology field related to food & beverages

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate Sales Growth by aligning regional strategies with global objectives to meet ambitious targets in the North American Baking & Confectionery market—focusing on high-impact ingredients like enzymes, vitamins, hydrocolloids, and proteins
  • Lead Business Development efforts by expanding key accounts, channels, and territories, while promoting a versatile portfolio of ingredient solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Shape Market Strategy through deep analysis of trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes—identifying growth opportunities and crafting effective sales approaches
  • Champion Client Engagement by proactively managing sales pipelines, building strong relationships, and ensuring satisfaction through tailored presentations, product insights, and collaborative solution development
  • Deliver Strategic Insights that guide decision-making and unlock new opportunities by staying ahead of market shifts and translating data into actionable strategies
  • Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration by working closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with innovation, marketing, and customer support for seamless execution
