About The Position

This is a remote role. Ideally, this candidate will be located in Dallas, Texas, but we are open to other locations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Area Conveyance Expert (ACE) This is a specialized field-based role focused on Regal Rexnord’s Conveyance product line. As an ACE, you’ll drive customer preference and product specification across your territory by partnering with end users, preferred distributors, and select OEMs. You’ll solve application challenges, maximize uptime, and influence product adoption through technical expertise and strategic relationship building. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Conveyance, you’ll also identify opportunities for business improvement and lead data-driven initiatives that support growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years in outside sales (Conveyance Sales of plastic modular and/or wire mesh belting preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with employees and customers at all levels
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Must reside within the sales territory and be willing to travel up to 50%.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Regal Rexnord’s Sales and Market Share in the Food, Beverage, and Industrial Markets by selling Regal Rexnord's conveyance plastic and metal conveying chains/modular belts (TableTop/MatTop/Cambridge) as well as other connected components such as bearings, gearmotors, and accessories.
  • Act as an advocate for customers by being the liaison between customer, Regal Rexnord Sales and Product Management teams
  • Educate and train all customers on the features, benefits and ROI of Regal Rexnord Products and Services
  • Develop and implement a territory coverage and growth strategy by Identifying and fostering new accounts, including OEM’s, end users, and integrators.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Area Account Managers, and Inside Sales to drive business growth
  • Be technically proficient in the knowledge and application of all Regal Rexnord products in served markets and apply that expertise to package solutions based on overall value, performance, and lowest cost of ownership versus purchase price
  • Provide support to trade shows and distributor open houses as necessary
  • Learn current market share, visibility of products in market, and educate customers
  • Develop relationships with distributors as appropriate to increase sales and market share
