About The Position

We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Account Manager to drive the seamless execution of premium video campaigns and sponsorships across Apple's Video Ad Sales business, ensuring exceptional client outcomes at every stage. This role spans full-funnel campaign management—from partnering with Client Partners for initial pitch through post-sale stewarding, reporting, and renewals. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure flawless execution and high-touch service. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media or video advertising account management, within premium video, CTV, or broadcast environments.
  • Experience working directly with clients and media agencies, serving as a strategic partner throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • High proficiency in media planning, sales, and ad operations systems (e.g., OperativeOne, Freewheel, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities under deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client service and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Client Partners to understand advertiser goals and develop strategic video media plans that align with campaign objectives and business packaging goals.
  • Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses that include video ads, sponsorships, and cross-platform packages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage campaign setup, trafficking, and delivery across Apple video environments.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for agencies and clients, overseeing insertion orders, creative approvals, and asset delivery.
  • Monitor pacing throughout campaigns, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure delivery against goals.
  • Provide clients with detailed reporting, in-flight campaign insights, and post-campaign reporting, highlighting learnings and growth opportunities.
  • Uphold Apple's high standards of service, creativity, and execution in every interaction.
