The Opportunity We are seeking an Account Manager, AI Solution based in the NY Metro area to lead client partnerships and ensure success across our AI-driven solutions in the US market. This role is central to scaling relationships with agencies and brands: you’ll be the strategic point of contact post-sale, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, perform strongly, and expand over time. You’ll combine deep expertise in YouTube, social, and programmatic with a proactive, consultative approach to client management.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in client success, account management, or media strategy at an ad tech company, agency, or platform.
  • Strong expertise in YouTube and/or programmatic buying, with a clear understanding of KPIs, optimization levers, and measurement.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts through strategic guidance and upselling.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills, comfortable engaging both day-to-day planners and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
  • Located in New York City (hybrid, in-person client meetings expected).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of agency and brand clients, ensuring adoption, retention, and growth of Perion Algo solutions.
  • Oversee onboarding and campaign activation, partnering with product and ops teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Translate client business objectives into actionable AI-powered strategies, demonstrating measurable ROI.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding scope across YouTube, social, and programmatic.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, best practices, and thought leadership in advanced media buying.
  • Partner with sales to ensure seamless handoff from pitch to execution, while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
  • Represent Perion Algo in client meetings and industry events, reinforcing our positioning as a leader in AI-powered media optimization.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, growth plans, and client health metrics in CRM.
