About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join Intuit in a role dedicated to managing our highest-value at-risk retention accounts within the Tax Professionals segment. This individual will be responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships with customers, understanding their unique business challenges, and implementing proactive strategies to retain their loyalty to Intuit's tax software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep product knowledge, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This role is critical in protecting Intuit's most strategic customer relationships and ensuring long-term success within our ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or retention roles, ideally supporting high-value or at-risk customers.
  • Experience working with Tax Professionals or within the tax/accounting software industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong track record of managing complex customer relationships and driving measurable retention results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence at multiple levels, including senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value, at-risk Tax Professional accounts, focusing on retention and customer success.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to identify customer pain points, business needs, and drivers of dissatisfaction.
  • Develop and execute tailored retention strategies that address concerns and highlight the value of Intuit's products and services.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Deliver insights and feedback from at-risk accounts to leadership to help shape product improvements and retention initiatives.
  • Track retention performance metrics, prepare reporting, and communicate progress to senior leaders.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers by demonstrating deep knowledge of Intuit's tax software, ecosystem, and industry best practices.
