About The Position

As an Account Liaison at Arc Hospice & Palliative Care, you will lead hospice outreach and business development efforts across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, serving as a trusted partner to referral sources and community providers. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare outreach professional who is passionate about expanding access to compassionate end-of-life care and building meaningful, long-term relationships. The Account Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners to promote awareness of Arc Hospice & Palliative Care services. This field-based role supports referral generation and conversion while serving as a key representative of Arc within the community. The Liaison works closely with intake, clinical, and operational leaders to ensure alignment between referral needs and service capabilities. This is a performance-focused role centered on consistent outreach, education, and engagement throughout the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or marketing; hospice or home health experience strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to educate diverse audiences with clarity, professionalism, and compassion
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and goal-oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Demonstrated empathy, cultural sensitivity, and ability to support patients and families from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

  • Represent Arc Hospice & Palliative Care in the community with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, senior communities, and other referral partners
  • Meet with patients and families to explain hospice philosophy, review services, answer questions, and obtain signed consents for care
  • Educate healthcare providers, referral partners, and community members on hospice and palliative care services
  • Conduct in-services, presentations, and outreach events to increase awareness and understanding of hospice care
  • Support referral generation and ensure timely communication with intake and clinical teams
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration or partnership to enhance access to care
  • Track outreach activities and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the assigned territory
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to outreach and growth strategy discussions
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
