Requirements

• College students in their junior or senior year are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the internal routing processes to effectively traffic projects through their life cycle
• Understand project documentation such as: Project Plan to develop Timelines, Project Briefs, Project Scope, etc.
• Learn to effectively communicate with each department
• Lead daily hotsheet meetings to ensure all departments are aligned on each project's status and hot deliverables of the day
• Open job numbers
• Confirm all required approvals are received (when applicable) prior to advancing a project on to the next stage of its life cycle
• Ensure the team is following the proper routing sequence in a timely fashion
• Provide mid-day updates on the progress of each job
