Responsibilities

  • Master our products and services, stay updated on changes, and monitor competitor offerings to adapt to market conditions.
  • Connect with key executives to understand their needs, develop tailored business cases, and guide them through decision-making for mutual benefits.
  • Prepare for strategic negotiations and proactively address customer objections to secure business.
  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing engagement and growth opportunities.
  • Create demand through targeted outreach, nurture prospects, and leverage networks for high-quality referrals.
  • Quickly build rapport, gather critical information, and manage dynamics among multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and streamline customer interactions for efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in account management or business development.
  • Consultative Selling: Experience in understanding customer needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams or projects.
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Experience in managing strategic negotiations and overcoming customer objections.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the same or a related industry.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Advanced certifications in sales or account management.
